At BPO TRADERS (SMC-PRIVATE) Limited, we are committed to providing high-quality printing and stationery products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns for Stationery Products

• You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

• To be eligible for a return, your stationery item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• Your item must be in the original packaging.

• Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Returns for Printing & Customized Services

• Personalized/Customized Items: Since custom printed materials are manufactured to your specific requirements, these items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or a significant error made by BPO TRADERS (SMC-PRIVATE) Limited.

• In case of a printing error, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

3. Refunds

• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment or via Bank Transfer.

• You will receive the credit within 7 to 10 working days, depending on your bank’s policies.

4. Shipping for Returns

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.

5. Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at 03201014471 or email bpotradersinfo@gmail.com. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
